You Know I'm Eating This Up

I woke up this morning with a desperate need to pee. As I stumbled out of bed, a blizzard was going on outside my window. My eyes lit up, taking it all in. There was snow gathered in the corners of my windows (y'know, that stuff Floridians imitate with the spray-can stuff around Christmas time) and my backyard was covered in a blanket of snow- no dark spots to be seen anywhere. She, I discovered as I moved into the living room, the only room in the house with blinds, was sleeping on the sofa.

I hobbled downstairs, did my business and went to the basement windows, which have snow filling half way up the panes. I pushed open the backdoor as far as I could and the snow was literally 3 feet deep! Can you imagine my excitement?! I've only seen this much snow in movies!

Then I went upstairs to see if my paper had arrived. I looked out at the bottom of my front steps and there was a tiny flag of bright blue. Wow, the dedication! I didn't hem and haw like most folks who are used to this kind of weather do as I dressed myself to get the paper. Hell, no. This is faaar too much fun. Photos to follow.

Bath Time

The times when She wanders down the stairs with a good book and/or headphones to indulge Her skin in a lucious steamy puddle are, perhaps, Her sultriest moments, bar none. She's either irritated when She storms off, disconnected and blanketing or in need of some alone time (Her favourite erotic story is titled, "Watermark").

To clarify, it cannot, therefore, be concluded that my favourite times spent with Her are when She isn't present. It simply means that the spaces between time spent with Her are painful, à la the times when She's most desperately wanted.

Right, time to go post on my other blog.

The Fun Just Never Stops

Guess who discovered how to post to Moblog? You should check it out, especially because today is my first hard snow and She and I are house-bound, which means that the moblog will be quite full.

For all of you out there who NEVER STOP BITCHING about my lack of images of my surroundings, you're about to be inundated. I hope you were careful for what you wished...

A Cause for Storytelling

Yesterday I continued the Partnership Saga officially as an Intern for the organisation. To fulfill my Intern Duties, I am required to keep a daily journal. Hunh. Where have I heard those requirements before...?

At any rate, I'm looking forward to anyone/thing imposing rules on me that I otherwise ignore as self-imposed. Wha...? I have to be accountable to someone OTHER than me? Sweet. Now I'll actually do the things I say will.
You can read my daily journal here; it actually will be daily. Another blog: just what you always wanted.

In other news, I'm now half of a two-headed monster commonly referred to as "a couple" (I heard that, Boy :). I mean, I guess I have been for the last 9 months or so, but She just moved in (not to mention is living in the same state and city) and now I have the privilege of waking up next to Her every morning and falling asleep with Her each night.

Too much of Her is never enough.

And She's taking me to the London Symphony Orchestra (must have a Media Player of sorts or go here).
